BJC | A great way for BJC employees to earn up to $3,000 in extra cash is through BJC’s Employee Referral Program. Employees who refer someone to an open position at BJC can receive a bonus of $500 to $3,000, if the referred employee is with BJC after 90 days (partial payout after 90 days for some jobs with full payout after six months). Referral bonuses have recently increased for some jobs.

“We invite every employee at BJC to join our efforts to bring the best talent to our organization,” says Aaron Jones, talent acquisition manager of sourcing and brand management. “We want to reward our employees who refer their family or friends to open jobs at BJC.”
An easy, two-step process is required to enter a referral bonus in PeopleSoft:
Step 1: The person you refer must enter certain information about you during the online application process in PeopleSoft. They must enter “Employee” where asked “How did you learn of the job” and they must enter your name and email address.
Step 2: When your referral completes their application online, you will receive an email confirming the referral. You must confirm to receive a referral payout.
“If these two steps are not completed,” Jones says, “talent acquisition and payroll cannot accurately track and confirm that you referred someone. So it’s important that you provide this information to your referral and ask her or him to enter the information during the application process.”
