BJC | Shed some light on your employee experience during the 2019 BJC Employee Engagement survey. Team members across BJC have until April 28 to participate.
Collecting team member feedback and taking action is an essential part of BJC’s commitment to creating a positive work environment, where team members feel valued, listened to and appreciated for the contributions they make each day.
BJC’s systemwide survey participation goal is 78 percent. Look for updates on participation rates on BJCnet throughout the survey period. More than 22,000 team members, 76 percent of BJC’s workforce, participated in the 2017 survey.
All BJC team members employed on or before March 19, 2019, are invited to take the online survey using a computer or mobile device.
On April 15, employees with a BJC email account received an email from BJC’s third-party survey administrator, Willis Towers Watson (WTW), with a link to take the survey. Those who have yet to complete the survey will receive reminder emails until the survey closes.
Team members can also access the survey website by visiting www.employeesurveywtw.com or logging on to a BJC computer and clicking on the “Engagement Survey” desktop icon anytime between April 15 and 28.
Employees without a BJC email account or who don’t have computer access should contact their direct supervisor/manager or local human resources department for instructions on how, when and where to take the survey.
