BJC | Longing for something warm and delicious to eat during the cold and dreary days of March? Head to your local BJC café.
Throughout March, Morrison Healthcare Food Services, BJC’s food service provider, is offering broth bowls, fish and chips, and kicked-up grilled cheese sandwiches — in addition to regular menu items.
Check your local cafe for when these specials will be on the menu.*
Broth & Bowl
It’s a meal in a bowl. With exotic ingredients, these savory (and filling) bowls are full of global flavors, all steeped in a fresh, flavorful broth. Each bowl is plant-based and under 450 calories, with vegan or vegetarian options available.
Add-ons: grilled chicken breast or lemon pepper shrimp
Fish & Chippie
They sustained morale through two World Wars and helped fuel Britain’s industrial prime. The mouth-watering combination of moist white fish in a crispy golden batter is served with a generous portion of hot, fluffy chips.
Nothing says comfort food like a hot and gooey grilled cheese. Think layers of artisan cheeses, clarified butter, creamy herb spreads, cured meats and thick-cut bread, lightly pressed until golden brown, and cut on the angle from corner to corner to maximize
Served with: tomato basil bisque or ranch kettle chips
* Due to food production constraints, these promotions will not be served at the BJC Learning Institute or Children’s Specialty Care Center cafés.
