BJC | The new voicemail system that serves all of BJC and Washington University School of Medicine is now live — but there's still time to set up your mailbox. Set up is simple and should take only 3 to 5 minutes. Set-up instructions can be found here.
Important points for users to remember are:
The new system, called AVST, is an enterprise solution for BJC and WUSM, which means that all facilities will be on the same system. Many BJC hospitals have already made the transition. The new system operates much like the current voicemail system.

Information on the specific workings of the voicemail would have been helpful, such as instructions on how to rewind or forward 5 seconds, etc. I had to listen to voicemails three or four times in their entirety because I was unable to rewind just a couple of seconds to get crucial information.

Are there instructions if you did not get the Set Up completed prior to the change.
